Аркетт, Стоун, Стрип и Найтли получили номинации на SAG, Глобус и BFCA. Потому их появление довольно легко предугадать и на "Оскаре". С пятой позицией сложнее: на SAG пробилась Наоми Уоттс ("Святой Винсент"), а на Глобус - Джессика Честейн ("Самый жестокий год"). Кроме них высоко котируют Лору Дерн ("Дикая") и Рене Руссо ("Стрингер"). Но я все-таки надеюсь на номинацию Честейн. Да будет так!

В категории "Лучший анимационный фильм" достаточно просто вычислить 4/5 фронтраннеров: это "Лего Фильм", "Как приручить дракона 2", "Город героев" и "Семейка монстров". Пятая вакансия до сих пор остается неопределенной. На мой взгляд, хороший вкус кинематографистов в области анимации и заслуженная репутация студии "Гибли" должны помочь "Принцессе Кагуя" попасть в пятерку номинантов. К тому же американские критики солидарны: Исао Такахата снял новый шедевр.
