Зарплаты некоторых игроков «Челси» снизятся, если клуб не попадет в Лигу чемпионов.

Как пишет The Telegraph, это касается большинства футболистов, перешедших в «Челси» при Тодде Боули в течение двух последних трансферных окон. В некоторых случаях при непопадании в Лигу чемпионов зарплаты снизятся на 25 и более процентов.

На этот шаг руководство «Челси» пошло, чтобы справиться с финансовыми последствиями возможного непопадания в Лигу чемпионов. При Романе Абрамовиче игрокам всегда гарантировалась выплата зарплат в полном объеме, и это не зависело от попадания в топ-4 по итогам сезона.

После прихода в «Челси» Боули и другие совладельцы клуба пытаются увеличить долю бонусов в контрактах игроков. При Абрамовиче гарантированная часть зарплаты была куда больше, а бонусы полагали только за трофеи.

Игроки «Челси», подписавшие контракты с клубом до прихода Боули, сохранят прежние зарплаты.

Несмотря на 600 млн фунтов, потраченные за два трансферных окна, Боули и Бехдад Эгбали начали процесс снижения зарплатной ведомости «Челси». Новички и футболисты, подписывавшие контракты уже после их прихода в клуб, согласились на выплату зарплат по новой бонусной системе.

Летом «Челси» продолжит политику снижения зарплат – клуб планирует провести чистку состава.

Фильм вроде бы дурацкий, но интригу держит до конца (я все ждал новые твисты!) и смотреть интересно. Вообще второй фильм из серии Knives Out (сам режиссер очень хотел избавиться от этой приставки, но Нетфликс был непреклонен) еще менее детектив, чем первый.

Сами формальности соблюдены: разные люди собраны в одном месте (в этот раз на острове), знаменитый сыщик снова в теме, у каждого свой мотив и возможности. Убийство, конечно, тоже будет. Но все-таки Райан Джонсон куда больше упирает на сатиру и высмеивание пороков общества. В этот раз под раздачу попал условный Илон Маск как олицетворение главного миллиардера-засранца в нашем мире.

Вообще с самого начала фильм к себе располагает. Интересные фишки с этой коробкой-головоломкой (героиня Жанель Моне кардинально решает проблему), прикольный оммаж легендарным личностям в разговоре по зуму Бенуа Блана, знакомство с персонажей и, наконец, остров. Так все солнечно и расслабленно в этом фильме, такие летние вайбы. Актеры классные и играют в свое удовольствие: здесь не надо страдать ради "Оскара". Говорят, фильм плохой. А мне вот "Стеклянная луковица" (Glass Onion) понравилась.

В FA обеспокоены снижением числа англичан в составах клубов АПЛ.

Как пишет The Times, Футбольная ассоциация Англии (FA) выразила озабоченность наплывом иностранцев в АПЛ. Это считают неожиданным последствием брексита.

За два предыдущих трансферных окна клубы АПЛ подписали в два раза больше иностранцев, чем за любое другое предыдущее трансферное окно.

Глава FA Марк Буллингем заявил, что ассоциация может ограничить число иностранцев в клубах АПЛ, чтобы гарантировать места англичанам. Буллингем сказал, что на прошлой неделе лишь 28% игроков, вышедших на поле в матчах АПЛ, представляли Англию. На протяжении всего сезона их количество составляет примерно 30%.

«Очень важно ограничить приток игроков. После брексита число англичан в возрасте до 21 года, которые получают игровое время, сократилось примерно в два раза. Эта тенденция беспокоит нас», – сказал Буллингем.

По словам Буллингема, одно из возможных решений в сложившейся ситуации – смягчение визовых правил для ограниченного числа иностранцев в обмен на гарантии игрового времени для англичан.

«Эта система позволит клубам подписывать меньшее число игроков при более мягких требованиях. Они смогут подписать явно талантливого игрока до того, как он наберет необходимое количество очков [для получения визы]. Тогда его купят не за 30 млн фунтов, а за 3 млн.

Игроков, которые действительно добавят АПЛ ценность, не так много. Если начинается аукцион, то это лишь повышает цену.

Энцо Фернандес и Михаил Мудрик были интересны клубам АПЛ в прошлом году. Тогда они, вероятно, смогли бы получить разрешение на работу. Но их купили в этом году, и это, вероятно, обошлось в 20 раз дороже, чем могло бы. Нужен контроль – это ключевой момент. Нельзя просто открывать шлюзы», – сказал Буллингем.
