Да здравствует кино! Да здравствует эскапизм!

Фильм дель Торо вполне заслуженно победил на юбилейной церемонии "Оскара", хотя верилось после прошлого года в это с трудом. Хотя в ленте "Форма воды" и присутствуют социальные тренды, они талантливо стилизованы под фантазийную историю. Вообще подобные фильмы практически никогда не побеждают на главных кинопремиях, ибо сказки серьезно не воспринимают в кинематографической среде. К тому же фильм не является сценарно-актерским в обычном понимании этого термина.

Но, похоже, дель Торо своим шедевром удалось прервать даже многолетнюю традицию награждать фильмы только с четким актерским ансамблем. За визуальные шедевры вроде "Формы воды" в последние годы вручали болваны только режиссеру и оператору. В главной категории будто звучало негласное правило: "окей, а теперь мы наградим самый важный и серьезный фильм года". Так было с "В центре внимания" (Иньярриту берет режиссуру за "Выжившего") и с "Лунным светом" (Шазель берет режиссуру за "Ла-Ла Ленд"). Дель Торо разрушил эту крепостную стену.

В остальном "Оскар" оказался вполне предсказуемым и попытки в парочке категорий поставить на изначального раннера ("Малыш" против "Дюнкерка" в монтаже) не принесли дивидендов. Впервые четыре актера забрали все возможные призы в сезоне на телевизионных и кино- премиях. А еще впервые вся пятерка лучших режиссеров сама написала сценарии к собственным фильмам. Это, к слову, о том, что якобы на "Оскаре" не ценят авторское кино. Итак, ниже полный список лауреатов Оскара-2018. Как обычно красным выделены мои осечки в прогнозе.
